How does life coaching work?

I ask insightful questions and hold the space in such a way that allows you to access your own internal knowing.

The coaching conversation serves as a bridge between your conscious and subconscious minds so you’re likely to experience insights and realisations.

I help you appreciate the strengths and resources you already have and to apply them to your current challenges.

We also discuss and use practices that you can then use in your life to support you as you grow.
